Service Description

I will cover the following areas but not limited to, topics imperative to a successful interview: Understanding What They Are Looking For. You will often be asked, "Why should I hire you?" "How can you bring value to the company? "What distinguishes you from everyone else I've spoken to?" They all mean the same thing. Basically, do you, as a potential employee make sense for us as a company? Your interviewer wants to make sure you are offering what they are looking for so they do not have to bear a risky decision by onboarding you. No one wants to waste time. They want you to bring value, excellence, diligence, and all the other things to the table - a star candidate that will not only meet their expectations, but exceed it. Why? Well that's good for the success of the company and they, themselves look competent by making a wise decision on you. How to Research Effectively. Everyone knows how to do research: it takes 2 seconds. If you're interviewing for a job, then you will probably want to take more than 2 seconds. You have to do your homework, but how is another question. Your interviewer wants to make sure you have done your research because effective research = you are serious about the position. In addition, for your own sake, you should know what you are getting into should you receive an offer. With a lack of information, you could be wasting your time because what if you realize that this is not what you actually want? People change their minds all the time but my job is to ultimately save you time by making better, strategic decisions. Interview Segments 1. How to articulately answer interview questions with compelling and interesting stories 2. How to ask thought-provoking questions that not only show your eagerness for the role, but also demonstrate preparation and genuine interest in the role/company 3. How to be likable. This is certainly a determining factor in acing your interview and landing the job. People want to work with people they like. Simple. There are psychologies and tactics that you can use to your advantage in your interview. These valuable skillsets will not only land your dream job, but also applies in everyday life. Interviewing requires you to be a great speaker, but I will also teach you how to listen. Stephen Covey said "Most people do not speak with the intent to understand; they listen with the intent to reply." My advice is do not be like most people.
