In 2020, I recruited candidates for Sales and Software Engineer positions at a tech startup company. Instead of being the interviewee, I had the opportunity to learn and understand what an ideal candidate looks like. There is a plethora of nuances involved in the interview process that can make an influential impact on whether you get the job. I have also acquired skill sets from the Goizueta Business School which had advanced my knowledge in professional development.

During Covid, I naturally found myself in long conversations with my peers, offering advice in their job-hunting, resume review, interview preparation, and networking efforts. That is when I asked myself "why not go all in and try consulting out?" This moment enable an opportunity to explore one of my passions which is to help people and provide guidance I wish I had.
